What if it rains?
Our tents are designed to withstand various weather conditions, including rain. We recommend discussing your options with our team to ensure your event is protected. Additional accessories like sidewalls can also be added for extra coverage.
What is the process of booking?
Tents can be booked through the website, via email, or over the phone. Once you decide on a package that you want, you will need to answer questions such as the date of the event, surface area the tent will go on, etc. Then we will require a 20% non-refundable deposit and you to sign our rental agreement and you will be all set!
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your rental at any time after booking up until 10 days before your event and will not be charged anything other than your deposit. Your deposit can be converted into a credit for a future event. Within 10 days of your event, you will have to pay the full balance even if you need to cancel your event.
When is the delivery and pickup for my event
Typical delivery will be 1-3 days prior to your event and pick up will be 1-3 days after. For example, if your event is on a Saturday, your tent will be delivered and set up on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday and will be picked up on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday. We will call you the day before your delivery with a window for delivery time. On rare occasions, tents may go up earlier, be taken down later, or delivered on the same day. If you are OK with these, you can mark it on your order.
What if I need the tent delivered or picked up on a specific day?
We can guarantee a specific setup and/or delivery date for a $150 charge. If you would prefer a specific day or to avoid a specific day but are willing to make any of the three day window work, you can note your preferences in the order and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
